We are excited to share our recent experience preparing for CosFest 2023 at Gardens by the Bay. We’re eager to tell you about the fantastic prints and other items in store. There is also a valuable lesson we learned during the process.

We worked hard creating various art prints, T-shirts, and other goodies for CosFest. The excitement and anticipation for the event had our creative juices flowing, and we were thrilled to showcase our latest creations. It is also our first time joining CosFest.

However, amidst the hustle and bustle of preparations, we made a small but important oversight: we should have announced our booth at CosFest in advance! It’s funny how we can get so caught up in the creative process that we overlook essential details like promotion.

We hurriedly posted about our booth on social media on the day of itself. We couldn’t help but laugh at ourselves for our last-minute announcement. It may have looked silly, but we embraced the situation and took it as a valuable lesson for future events.

Thankfully, despite our last-minute announcement, we received an incredible response from attendees who flocked to our booth to admire and purchase our artwork. It was heartwarming to witness the excitement and enthusiasm that our creations brought to the CosFest community.

The cosplayers who spent many hours perfecting their costumes as their favorite characters inspired awe in all of us. A massive thank you to the incredible cosplayers who transformed #CosFest2023 into a dazzling fantasy world! Your presence brightened our day and brought our booth to life. So grateful for the laughs, photos, and unforgettable memories we shared!

Ultimately, CosFest 2023 was a great success for us. We’ve learned the importance of better planning and timely promotion for future events.
